System 15 Celebrates a decade of Transforming IT for UK Organisations

This year marks a major milestone for System 15 as we celebrate a decade in business. What started in 2015 as a mission to challenge the traditional, jargon-heavy world of IT support has evolved into a trusted advisor-led service supporting organisations across the UK and Europe. 

From day one, our focus has been simple: deliver clarity, strengthen security, and create IT strategies that genuinely help organisations grow. We built System 15 because we believed businesses deserved more than reactive fixes and complicated technical language. They needed a strategic partner — someone they could trust at board level to guide digital transformation and help navigate a rapidly changing landscape. 

Over the last ten years, we’ve seen some of the biggest shifts the industry has ever experienced. The move from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud transformed how organisations operate. The COVID-19 pandemic required rapid, secure rollout of remote working and collaboration tools across businesses, schools, and charities. Cyber threats have grown more sophisticated, with attackers now targeting identities rather than just data. And the rise of AI has introduced both incredible opportunities and significant security risks. 

Through it all, we’ve continued to evolve. Our transition from break-fix support to advisor-led managed services has enabled us to guide clients through long-term planning, risk reduction, and modernisation. Today, we support organisations across the UK and Europe, delivering best-in-class processes powered by automation, cloud technologies, and advanced security frameworks. 

One of our standout achievements this decade is our work on a major school merger project — unifying two educational organisations onto a single Microsoft 365 platform. The project delivered seamless data migration, centralised security, integrated networks across multiple sites, and full staff training, all with minimal disruption to learning. 

Security continues to sit at the heart of everything we do. As cyber criminals increasingly leverage automation and AI, we’ve strengthened our multi-layered protection strategies, implementing zero-trust principles, compliance frameworks, and 24/7 monitoring. Every month, our systems analyse millions of events to keep our clients protected from both known and emerging threats.
