Microsoft have announced price rises coming on 1st of July for 365 licences.
This change will affect both commercial licences, and non-profit licences. For charities and non-profits currently using Business Premium grants, these will need to be converted into a paid-for subscription or changed to a different licencing model depending on needs.
Microsoft have not yet published final GBP (£) list prices, but it has confirmed that UK pricing will mirror the same percentage increases as the global list pricing.
It is worth noting that Business Premium licence costs remain unchanged. This indicates the value of Business Premium (everything in Business Standard, plus Intune, Defender for Business, Conditional Access, devices compliance and other features).
This gives organisations key tools to help protect identities, email, and data, while providing device management for PCs, laptops and mobile phones.
The gap in price between Business Standard and Business Premium has now narrowed. We highly recommend Business Premium for advanced security and management features.

It is also important to make sure your users have the correct licences in place. Regularly review your licence usage to ensure you are optimising costs, benefitting from features and not over-provisioning.
Our managed service plans include full Microsoft 365 licence management to help prevent wasted spend while ensuring compliance.
